Jen is a Corporate Consultant, Executive Coach, and Licensed Professional Counselor (TX) with a unique background blending creativity, leadership, and mental health expertise.

After graduating from Stanford University with a liberal arts degree, Jen has spent over twenty years in the tech start-up world, leading creative brand teams, driving workplace culture initiatives, and coaching professionals ranging from executives to mid-managers.

Having experience working with both small start-ups and established brands such as eBay, PBS, and the ALS Association, Jen’s passion for professional growth and human connection led her to earn her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Seminary of the Southwest in Austin, TX, a program known for its progressive approach to spirituality in the therapeutic process and the workplace.

Put simply, Jen is passionate about helping individuals, professionals, and teams flourish.  Her experience in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments culminates in a coaching and therapeutic style that resonates with clients who are curious about themselves, open to growth, and motivated to make meaningful progress.

Jen values authenticity, creativity, personal growth, and laughter. She believes we all have the potential to create a life, career, and workplace that feels purposeful and productive—if we’re willing to do the work. Her approach emphasizes the power of connection and reflection, which together illuminate who we are, how we can grow, and how we can evolve toward a more fulfilling tomorrow.

Leadership and life coach. Corporate consultant. Licensed counselor. My career is a bit of a corporate-meets-clinical collage! But the common thread that runs through all of the roles I play (aside from rooting my work in scientific, evidence-based approaches)? Whether I’m working with an individual, leader, or organization, I believe in:

  • human potential

  • human connection

  • human flourishing

…and, that when we can work in a way that is aligned with our values and our natural strengths…and when we can work with people we trust…we thrive…are more productive, and are just plain happier!

Amid my 25-year career, my favorite titles have not been the ones suited for LinkedIn, but rather the organic off-the-cuff ones others have made up, for me: “brand-and-culture muse,” “professional wing-woman,” and “corporate therapist.” The reason? These illuminate the heart-and-soul of my work: helping individuals, leaders, and brands craft a practical path towards “progress” and new possibilities – whatever that may mean to you.

I love working with authentic and motivated people, leaders, and brands to:

  • Discern your authentic “why?” and craft your goals accordingly

  • Identify where you are stuck - and what’s holding you back

  • Determine where you want to be – and envision what’s possible

  • Craft practical plans and priorities to overcome barriers and move forward

…all in a way that aligns with your values, your strengths, your current resources. And in a way that allows you to be authentic, encourages you to be creative, and invites you to be courageous…and to laugh a bit along the way!

On a personal note, some things I love (when I‘m not busy helping individuals find their way forward, or worker bees or workplaces thrive)? Morning coffee and journaling on a front porch, hiking (and generally just being in nature - esp with my sweet rascal of a pup, Henri), finding the perfect gift for someone, live music, road-tripping, collaging, vintage thrifting, playing board games (hello, Scrabble!), and having root-beer taste tests and dance-offs with my three nephews. I’m enamored with honey bees and birds, and a sucker for all things nostalgic, ranging from drive-in movies, historic B&Bs, and Big Band music. And I love living life and working alongside people I can laugh with!

In her own words…

Welcome to my cozy office…

My hope is that you will feel as at home and comfortable in my office as I do! However, if you're someone who prefers a local coffee shop vibe, the convenience of your office, or even the energy of an occasional outdoor 'walk-and-talk' session - we can explore those as options too!  The goal is we find whichever environment and setting you feel most comfortable and motivated in.

In case you might be wondering…

While Jen has worked with nationally recognized companies, much of her passion and experience lies in supporting small and mid-sized businesses where coaching often has the greatest impact! Her approach is tailored, practical, and designed to create meaningful results, no matter the size of the organization.
