Nikki O’lear
Office Coordinator
Nikki is the compassionate soul who is responsible for answering calls, texts, and many of the Guiding House emails. She is typically the first person our clients interact with and the liaison for services within our practice.
She has an associates degree in radiology along with many years experience in working in the medical and mental healthcare field. She is also a realtor.
She has been described by co-workers as hard working, compassionate, dedicated, and able to think outside of the box to get anything accomplished. She truly cares about helping others.
Outside of work, she is busy caring for her family and attending her children’s sporting events.
Nicole Knisely
Billing Specialist
Nicole is our devoted and caring billing specialist who works behind the scenes to make sure clients are set up efficiently to use their insurance and/or payment method of choice. She welcomes any questions you might have.
She has been described by co-workers as kind, genuine, and steady. Tasks that some might be intimidated by, she assumes and finds ways to make them more streamlined.
Nicole also works for Glen Oak School District. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and traveling to different areas of the country.
