Healing does not always require repeatedly retelling the story of what happened. We cannot change the past, but we can change our relationship to it—helping the mind and body recognize that what happened then does not have to continue defining what is possible now.
I believe healing is more than recovering from difficulty or reducing symptoms. It is also about expanding our capacity—to feel, connect, trust, and live more fully. Often, the patterns that leave us feeling stuck began as intelligent ways of surviving difficult experiences. Therapy offers a space to understand those patterns with curiosity and compassion while creating new possibilities for how we relate to ourselves and others.
My approach is integrative and experiential, blending EMDR, parts work, attachment repair, and somatic approaches with expressive therapies such as sand tray. Together, we can work beyond insight alone, attending to emotions, relationships, body sensations, imagery, and the nervous system. Therapy is collaborative and tailored to you, with the goal of moving beyond simply managing symptoms toward greater freedom, resilience, connection, and capacity for life.
